Setting up takes a US phone number and about two minutes. The people you send to need nothing but their own number: no app, no account, no waiting on an agent.
For trips home there is a prepaid Ethiopia travel eSIM — bought in the app before boarding, installed in one tap, working on landing. No hunting for a SIM counter at the airport.
Cash transfers to bank accounts and mobile wallets are in development, and an Android release is on the way.

MINAC GROUP LLC is a holding company based in Washington State. It builds and operates its businesses directly rather than acquiring them — each one started in-house, and each is run by the group.
On the surface they have nothing in common: a consumer calling app and an automation practice. What they share is a market where the incumbent charges a toll for access, and a customer who has been paying it for want of an alternative.
